About Nsfoil
Shenzhen Nsfoil New Materials Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise based in Guangdong Province, was founded in Foshan, a scenic city, in 2012. It is a high-tech national enterprise that integrates research, development, production and sales of fluid functional materials. Our company covers production, application and promotion of electronic aluminum foils. We also offer modified collectors and porous collectors. Nsfoil currently has advanced equipment, such as a large scale high-speed coating line for PCB-lubricated aluminum, a modified liquid collection production line, or a high speed slitting device. We have received ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications for our quality management systems.
In 2013, NSfoil set up a research-and-development center led by German PhD students. The center specializes in the in depth research and development for modified aluminum/copper film from raw material preparation through slurry to coating. In 2016, a first-phase production line, with an output of 600 tonnes per year, was launched. This involved research and development on new porous fluid collecters. In 2017, the company received recognition as “Shenzhen Nanographite Aluminum Foil New Material Engineering Technology Research Center”, while in 2022 it became a unit of a provincial engineering technology research center.
