1. Materials Selection: The initial step should be selecting an anode current collector material that best meets your battery’s individual requirements, such as copper foil, aluminum foil or carbon-based materials. These may include copper foil, aluminum foil or carbon-based materials.

Material Prep: After selecting the material, various preparation processes such as cleaning, surface treatment and coating may be conducted on it to ensure adequate adhesion and electrical conductivity of the current collector.
